Sync lockfile with pyproject.toml dependencies

The lockfile was out of sync with pyproject.toml, causing uv lock --check to fail in CI.

Changes

• Updated uv.lock by running uv lock to resolve and sync 105 packages with current dependency specifications

The lockfile check now passes:

$ uv lock --check
Resolved 105 packages in 12ms
