These use the same generator used to make the black and dark themes.
The emacs themes aren't good because they do not use the names used by the vim themes (for example) but instead refer to the syntax elements. In addition, many of the foreground and background colours are auto-generated and are not found in any other selenized colour theme. These issues aren't fixed by this pull request, but the missing light and white themes have been added.
