created utility script master.py to generate graphs according to command-line argument
doesn't compromise existing functionality
generates input size vs time table and saves as .csv
generates input size(x) vs time(y) graph and saves as .jpg
To run :
$python3 master.py <ascending or descending or rand | default=ascending>
