Wow, this looks awesome! I had a quick look at the code, but wasn't able to login when running it (in a container), as neither the admin/admin default credentials worked, not the credentials passed via environment variables.
This probably happens because the chitui.db is an empty file - but the main.py init-db command errors out, and running the migrations to initialize the database via main.py db upgrade (that's the only appropriate command i found) doesn't find any migrations to apply.

I've noticed that this PR is still marked as a draft, but maybe you can have a look at making it initialize from a blank state? 😃

But either way, huge thanks! I can't wait to give it a try... 🥳
