Version 2.4.91 of PHCpack is independent of C++, after the translation of the C++ code of DEMiCs into Ada.
This independence improves the build process.

A universal binary for macos, for x86_64 and arm64, is provided as macphc.

The other two binaries are for windows (phc.exe) and for Linux (x86_64phc).
