swift rewrite, big sur compatability release!

I don't have big sure yet, but I rewrote this whole thing in swift to try to support it 😅 that and the previous setup was way too fragile.

The shortcut for this pre-release is cmd+opt+o so that it won't conflict with the prod version.

Fix memory leaks

Installation: Download & unzip emoji.zip. Move emoji.app to Applications.

Fixed the massive leak that was getting memory totally out of control 😅

Recently used emojis are sorted to the top of the list! First by use count and then by "most recently used date". Feedback on the sorting algorithm is welcome :)

Currently it's limited to the 20 most recently used emoji (top two rows), I'm open to changing that if people want something different.

Right-click an emoji to remove its recently used data.
