This is useful for the web site. We should probably document how to build the website a little better, but it's mostly okay.
There's a bunch of boilerplate due to facebook/buck2#1046. Documents the problem mentioned in facebook/buck2#1041, but a more ideal fix would involve the tool itself handling the mixup for you. Fixes: facebook/buck2#1038
