Allowing developers to compile the project using Gulp and bower dependencies.

This is a set of improvements:

• Allowing devs to compile the coffeeScript using Gulp.js
• Closure-compiler and Google Maps API extern are now bower.js dependencies and there is no need to include them on the project.
• Adding support to spiderify on markers on 'mouseover'.
• Adding feature to set a minimum zoom level necessary to trigger spiderify.
