Richmond and Wayne County public meetings, made searchable. Video playback, auto-generated transcripts, full-text search across years of records. Built on the Council Data Project open infrastructure. Currently working on bringing it to local government as an official tool.

A portable offline server in a Pelican case. Plug in locally and you get Wikipedia, ebooks, educational tools, video streaming, and on-device AI — no internet needed. Low power draw, optional solar charging. Aimed at off-grid use and places without reliable internet.
