• Fix bug where the recommended config continued to point to the upstream plugin name, meaning rules wouldn't be found

For now this isn't explicitly tested (I manually verified it works), but eslint + scoped plugin names and shared configs continues to be a big pain. It's possible that this subtly breaks some other usage, but hopefully anyone using this fork will notice and let me know.
