This PR updates the expiration date of expiration date of the updates.jenkins.io R2 tokens.

The current expiration date is set to 2026-03-10T00:00:00Z and it should be updated to 2026-05-30T00:00:00Z.

Important

After applying this change, the Update Center generation in trusted.ci.jenkins.io will fail until the credentials are uploaded to the controller.
Check the (private) script https://github.com/jenkins-infra/charts-secrets/blob/main/config/trusted.ci.jenkins.io/get-uc-sync-zip-credential.sh BEFORE merging the PR.
Use this script to generate a new ZIP file to upload ot trusted.ci.jenkins.io (credential name: update-center-publish-env).
