Test JGit 7.3.0 with git client plugin file leak workaround

Confirmed with interactive testing that the file leak is resolved by the wide application of the workaround in JGit API implementation.
Confirmed with automated testing that the file leak detected in Windows PushTest is resolve by the workaround.
