Added support to generate BrowserStack report behind proxy. Proxy will be picked from multiple sources with priority:

  1. Environment variables: https_proxy, if not, http_proxy.
  2. Jenkins Proxy Settings
  3. JAR arguments, i.e. https.proxyHost, https.proxyPort, https.proxyUser, https.proxyPassword
