This plugin depends on Apache Commons Lang 2 from core (transitive). The dependency will be removed because is not updated and contains security issue: See jenkinsci/jenkins#26105 for the context
No behavior change, only updating packages and dependency on commons-lang3-api
This require also a Jenkins core update to minimum 2.479.3 to use parent 6.x
