🤖 Developed a AI Slack Bot App MVP in Python with a fine-tuned LLM for real-time troubleshooting, presented to SVP-level leadership in under a month. Productionalized and launched successfully.

🔧 Refactored Concourse pipelines and infrastructure to support new Linux OSes (Amazon Linux 2023, Rocky 9, Ubuntu 24.04), streamlining enterprise rollouts.

🌐 Contributed to the open-source FishyMetrics project, expanding telemetry across tens of thousands of bare metal systems (Golang).

🔐 Engineered secure, cross-platform Ansible configs for Linux distros in line with Comcast Secure Linux Standards.

⚙️ Played a key role in next-gen OS rollouts, including Ansible playbook refactors and automation.

🛠 Built and tested secure Linux OS images for cloud and on-prem, documenting the process for leadership.
