Add support for report handlers to dbus. Also includes significant refactors and documentation changes.
This seems to work, as long as you're listening on the correct bus. But the listeners don't like canceling in a timely manner. I chalk this up to the use of async iterators, which don't handle timeouts very well. That issue is filed to #94.
