New vcs props e2e

• All tests passed. If this feature is not already covered by the tests, I added new tests.
• All static analysis checks passed.
• Appropriate label is added to auto generate release notes.

Description

• Added properties to search so that properties can be even set when repository used to deploying artifact is virtual repository. Since there is not direct way to set properties on virtual repo this additional logic will take care of searching and setting properties even on local.
• Added original deployment repo in conan so that ci vcs properties can take advantage of repo name to set properties.
