Am 1.11.7 + Add dist to JAS exclusions

• Add **/dist/** to JAS exclusions folder paths
• Upgrade AnalyzerManager to 1.11.7, which includes:

1. Support RHEL 8 and Ubuntu 18 OS, and Linux-arm nodes
2. Add suppression for IaC findings
3. Change Secrets' default severity to High
