Add test reporter to key jobs

- Added dorny/test-reporter@v1 to Unit Tests, Audit Command Integration Tests, and Artifactory Integration Tests
- Uses existing JUnit XML from FastCI optimization
- Shows pass/fail summary as GitHub checks
- Set fail-on-error: false to not break workflow
