added -l,-e option, and added config file support

1. Default to use a config file(~/.ssh_server_config) instead of modify the code.
2. Added edit option to quick edit the config file.
3. Added alias -l/-e
4. Added # support in the config file.

我觉得这个commit的主要功能点在支持配置文件的方式来修改服务器列表，在这个commit里已经支持了配置文件的方式：88491cc

但是目前支持的配置文件有一个问题，server_config使用了相对路径，对于全局使用ssh_log来说很不方便。

是的，因此我修改为使用全局路径来管理serverlist，并且提供-e 命令快速打开编译serverlist
