This PR adds support for following project trees:
src/, it has-include_lib("xxx/include/header.hrl").andxxxis indeps/yyy/apps/xxxapps/xxx/src/, it has-include_lib("yyy/include/header.hrl").andyyyis inapps/yyyapps/xxx/src/, it has-include_lib("yyy/include/header.hrl").andyyyis indeps/yyySurprisingly, it is not that often to develop such project structures. :)
