本人修复了原补丁 ID Card 文字错位的 bug。
下载解压后，将 zh-CN.zip 复制到游戏根目录下的 loc 目录内。如果找不到，可参考本人 loc 路径 E:\Game\SteamApps\common\PapersPlease\loc
