Pull out some functions in nob.c build. I want to do this so that I can more easily add building tests, etc.
Right now, this test requires you to have a bookmark in your `.wdc`. I'm about to fix that by adding real tests.
Must be built with gcc tests/test_add.c -o build/test_add -Lbuild -lwdc In order to build against the wdc static lib.
