Changes in this release:

Upgraded Firefox to version 71.0-r0.
Now using baseimage v3.5.3, which brings the following changes:
- Updated installed packages to get latest security fixes.
- Make sure the tzdata is installed.
Use baseimage based on Alpine Linux 3.10.
