- Add complete Khmer translation in README-km.md - Add Khmer language navigation to all README files - Position between Japanese and Korean (alphabetically by ISO code) I am willing to serve as the maintainer for the Khmer translation.
Use the full form 'ភាសាខ្មែរ' (Khmer language) instead of just 'ខ្មែរ' in the language navigation for better formality and clarity.
