Hi John!

Thank you for jupyterquiz, which I have in production with hundreds of students. I created this pull request to move towards using jupyterquiz in more different ways, e.g. to let students give me feedback on their experience or even for use in graded homework and exams.

With the optional keyword hide=True, answer options can be configured to yield no feedback upon selection. This is useful for tests (with preserve-responses) or when there are no "right" and "wrong" answers. I added the ability to de-select already given answers.

I don't speak javascript natively, so maybe see this as a starting point. As far as I can tell, the base functionality should work though (even if some of it might be a bit superfluous). I have a few more ideas, so let me know if you want to discuss more in-depth :)
