My name is João Pedro Buzatti Mendes, and I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering from Federal University of Santa Maria (UFSM). I am currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Computer Science at the same institution, with a research focus on Microelectronics and Signal Processing.
My academic and professional interests are centered on digital integrated circuit design, communication protocols, embedded systems and hardware architectures. Alongside my graduate studies, I work as a Digital IC Designer at Santa Maria Design House (SMDH) specifically on the u32BR project, an initiative aimed at developing the first Brazilian 32-bit RISC-V microcontroller, manufactured in 22 nm technology.
- 🌎 In addition to Portuguese as my native language, I have advanced proficiency in English (TOEFL iBT - C2) and intermediate level in Spanish.
