Honda Pedal with higher limits

Some cars can't run using Comma's pedal defaults. This branch solves that.

Monitoring for temperature

This branch sets up monitoring for temperature. It uses Thingspeak to graph, and the "pushover" service to alert me.

Disable Beeps

This branch disables most of the beeps from OpenPilot while you drive. It still beeps when actual malfunctions or emergencies occur.

Add following distance back to your car

This branch enables 3 following distances - 1.8 seconds, .9 sec. and .4 sec.
Out of the box this will for sure work with an Odyssey, but I've done no testing to be sure it works on any other Honda.
It will also work on Toyotas, but you first have to install an Arduino with CAN adapter (using my joeljacobs/DSUButtons instructions repo) to re-enable the buttons disabled by unplugging the DSU.

Comma hasn't merged the Toyota Pedal settings in yet. This branch includes all you need for it.

Increase Fan Speed

I replaced my fan, and it needs a higher speed.
