Alpha v0.3.0

Initial alpha release. Features included:

• Generation of random polygon frames (rpolygon())
• Generation of mosaic, gridded (quadrat) and transect sample units (mosaic(), quadrats() and transects())
• Random and systematic sampling (sample_random() and sample_systematic())
• Uniform detection functions: detect_perfect(), detect_simple(), detect_random() and detect_normal()
• Survey simulation with the survey() function
