add tomato timer integration to alarm_face

Adds an optional integration between the alarm face and tomato timer face.

When enabled:

• A new "tomato" setting is added to each alarm that can be toggled on/off
• When an alarm with tomato enabled triggers, it automatically opens the tomato timer face
• The feature is controlled by a #define TOMATO macro that must be uncommented and set to the tomato face index

The manual step of defining the macro can be automated as part of the build process but I'm not sure how the team feels about it.
