### Is "quiet mode" suitable for gaming?

That depends on what you deem "suitible" for gaming.

"suitible" ??

A typo ?

Quiet mode works by lowering the power available to you CPU and/or GPU to make your computer more quiet. (hence the "quiet" mode.) This in turn lowers performance.
If you don't mind the lowered performance, you can use quiet mode for gaming. If you're playing a latency sensitive game, or prefer lower latency albeit at a higher fan speed it isn't recommended.
