XML/RSS Guardian is a WordPress plugin designed to safeguard your content by easily disabling XML/RSS feeds. With XML/RSS Guardian, you can take control over your content distribution channels and prevent unauthorized access or distribution of your content.
- Download the plugin ZIP file.
- Log in to your WordPress admin dashboard.
- Navigate to Plugins -> Add New.
- Click on the "Upload Plugin" button and select the ZIP file.
- Activate the plugin.
- Clone the GitHub repository to your local machine:
git clone https://github.com/johnjezonajias/xml-rss-guardian.git
- Upload the
xml-rss-guardiandirectory to your WordPress plugins directory (wp-content/plugins/). - Log in to your WordPress admin dashboard.
- Navigate to Plugins and activate the XML/RSS Guardian plugin.
Once activated, XML/RSS Guardian will automatically disable XML/RSS feeds on your WordPress site. Users attempting to access the feeds will receive a message indicating that the feed is disabled.
