This was far too much effort to turn a game controller icon to a music note.
The new DiscordRPC.dll is the one from Discord RPC Sharp, v1.3.0.
Download here and run like normal: MDRP_ListeningType.zip
(you only need to replace the MDRP folder if you're updating)
