ParetoGAN is a lightweight Julia package built on Flux.jl for training Generative Adversarial Networks (GANs) with Pareto‐distributed input noise. It is designed to handle heavy‐tailed data by estimating tail‐indices and sampling from the Generalized Pareto Distribution for generator inputs.
