I maintain an MIT-licensed open-source project called WFGY (~1.5k GitHub stars).
One of its main components is a 16-problem “ProblemMap” for RAG / LLM pipelines, which catalogs common failure modes across:
Proposed addition
Tools→MiscThe goal is to give ML / LLM engineers a practical checklist when their RAG or agentic systems behave erratically, so they can map symptoms to concrete failure modes and fix them systematically.
If you prefer a different section name or wording for the description, I am happy to adjust.
