Update dependencies to remove vitest as a production dependency.

This also changes the internal dependencies to a more flexible ^ range - that would allow others depending on
@journeyapps-labs/common-sdkto make upgrades like this directly. If that's not desired, a direct dependency on"@journeyapps-labs/micro-streaming": "1.0.2"would be fine here.
