Per the standard[1], "WARC-Payload-Digest" is the hash of the payload, which is application-dependent. For applicaiton/http, that excludes the headers and is the hash of the actual document. "WARC-Block-Digest" is the hash of the entire data block, which is what's being calculated here. [1] http://bibnum.bnf.fr/WARC/WARC_ISO_28500_version1_latestdraft.pdf
