A -SNAPSHOT publishing test was done successfully locally, https://central.sonatype.com/service/rest/repository/browse/maven-snapshots/org/jpyconsortium/jpy/. The build.yml update is a best-guess as to what is needed to get this to work in GH; the secrets have been added to this repository. |
