Not sure why the CLA bot is hung up. I'll leave this open, not sure of our plans to add more i18n locales yet.

As calendar and datepicker rewrite is not really ready I would say lets add new localization files for datepicker (there is another one, see #1899).

@fnagel I'm not sure what was the strategy for adding new locales to UI. In principle I don't see anything wrong with it but I feel it's something to decide for the UI team itself.

@fnagel I can confirm that the translations were vetted by a native Mongolian speaker

I'm afraid I can't help you further except to give a few more details: I created this translation with the help of online tools, then had it vetted by a native Mongolian speaker that my organization trusts. We use it ourselves.
