矢野倉先生に見ていただき、
webrtcvadは小さいサイズのフレームを想定しているが、respeaker_rosのほうでframe sizeが大きかったため、webrtcvadでの処理ができず、エラーが出ていた。
そこで、respeaker_rosでframe sizeを小さく設定できるように変更している。
