Hello!
Sending a PR to just add a README here, mostly so it's clear what the status of this repo is. I went with WIP, but if any other is more appropriate obviously let me know!
We also could have gone with renaming
database.mdto be the readme itself, but that seemed like a larger change which we could always do later if it's something the maintainers of this repo are interested in.
