…or disappearing) This is because the internal text editor dies earlier on in JUCE 8, previously we would still get a callback from it. Simply use the label text change callback already in place.
Also correct include paths for simde
This avoids JUCE compilation issues in release mode when including MacTypes.h after JUCE, while avoiding the reverse problem with juce_opengl.h
