Deploying on Digital Ocean

This was once deployed on Heroku, but how that was configured was never really documented (just how to push code there).

I chose to deploy this as a web app on digital ocean because I thought it would be EASY (it wasn't) and because I don't intend on developing this particular version of the project any longer, so I just need it to be a static site. Instead, I'll be focusing my efforts in this domain towards the Purdue AxI Lab Plant Data Service.
