Jupyter AI v3 uses
litellminstead oflangchain. This mandates refactoring (and simplifying) the Personas code to work with the latest version of v3. In this PR, two personas have been updated:EmojiPersonaandFinancePersonas. They work well after refactoring.To prevent errors the
pyproject.tomlfile has commented out the remaining personas that need refactoring.
