The current table in the README showing environment variables for configuration (from #148) is malformed:
This PR updates the markdown and adds an entry for
JUPYTER_RSESSION_PROXY_USE_SOCKET, new as of #159. Currently the default value is set tono, but I see from #161 that it will eventually use the unix socket by default and the docs should be changed at that time.
