Actually there seems to be something not working quite well when dismissing the jupyterlab-tour popup, which is not persisted. So let's remove it for now until it's fixed, likely in JupyterLite. |

Yes, I think it was working with the 0.5.0 release, which is what was available at the time I created this PR. It might have broken with 0.6.0. Keeping this reverted sounds good for now! |

This is a small PR that adds
jupyterlab-touras an optional requirement inrequirements.txt, as jupyterlab-contrib/jupyterlab-tour#82 has now been resolved.
