@mmoriniere I would appreciate your review. It's good to upgrade a bit ! This PR might be a bit conflicting with #109 because we both had to circumvent flake8 new errors (but really easy to solve). After we merge this PR, it would be great to issue a release on Pypi with a version increase (because we dropped support for some Python versions) |

Hi @alexgarel, I'll wait for all discussions on #109 to be resolved before merging this one, and make a 0.14.0 version. |
