Getting Started
Do not choose firmware by processor family alone. Find the exact device in Supported Hardware and Firmware Targets, then use the listed binary suffix. Closely related devices may use different displays, buttons, storage wiring, flash sizes, or partition layouts.
If you purchased official JustCallMeKoko hardware, start with its page under Official Marauder Hardware.
The JCMK Marauder Installer is the recommended installation path for supported hardware. See Update Firmware for alternatives, binary selection, C5 partition requirements, SD updates, and source builds.
When moving a device to a different partition layout, perform one complete installation with the correct bootloader and partition table before using application-only update files.
- Display-equipped hardware: Menu Navigation and Applications
- Headless or serial-controlled hardware: Command Line Interface
- Flipper Zero expansion boards: Flipper Zero Guide
- Device preferences: Marauder Settings
An SD card enables PCAP capture, wardrive logs, Recon mission data, GPX tracks, SPIFFS backup/restore, SD firmware updates, and direct-upload workflows. GPS-enabled hardware can use GPS Data, GPS Tracker, wardriving, POI logging, and geofences. See GPS Modification for supported external wiring.
- Survey and preserve Wi-Fi/BLE observations: Recon
- Capture packets for later analysis: Wi-Fi Sniffers
- Map access points or stations: Wardrive
- Locate a transmitter by signal strength: Fox Hunt
- Track a route independently of radio observations: GPS Tracker
- Operate from scripts or a companion device: CLI
Record the hardware name, selected binary suffix, installed firmware version, installation method, serial output, and exact behavior. Then check FAQ and Troubleshooting.
