It's useful to have the bundle published for a few non-nix-using consumers of this. Ultimately we may wish to publish them in a release or only on master builds or something of the sort, but there's little enough action in this repo as is so I just set it to always publish the bundles as build artifacts.
For now we can direct users to download the zip file for their system from the latest CI job.
