This PR adds support for new Kafka metadata versions to fix issue #1400. The changes ensure the application can handle newer Kafka broker versions by extending the metadata version enumeration.

  • Added three new metadata version entries (IBP_4_1_IVI, IBP_4_2_IV0, IBP_4_2_IV1)
  • Updated the MetadataVersion enum to include feature levels 27-29
